Whosoever welcomes a child in my name welcomes me. Matthew 18:5

The Children's Ministry exists to joyfully and actively lead God's children to love Jesus

Our Values

  1. Loving- Have a heart like Jesus in how we interact with others. (In and out of our church)
  2. Teaching- Modeling Christ-like actions to equip and educate children for the world.
  3. Serving- Giving of our time, talents, gifts, and blessings to help others.
  4. Impacting- Creating a lasting effect on all children's relationship with Christ, the church, and the world.
  5. Praising- Worship through play, song, study, fellowship, as we honor and thank God.

The Clarksville Cumberland Presbyterian Church has a large, ever-growing Children's Ministries program.

On Sunday mornings at 9:30, the children have Sunday School for all ages. During our worship service, children fifth grade and younger are invited to come forward for a Children's Message. Afterward, those aged 3-10 are welcome to attend our Worship and Wonder program in a uniquely kinesthetic worship environment.

On Wednesday evenings, children are invited to participate in our W.O.W. program that includes food, fellowship and Bible study for all ages.

Throughout the year we have many other programs and activities for our children including a week long Vacation Bible School every summer, presbytery-wide church camp, and recreational trips such as a day at the Nashville Zoo.

We hope you will come join us for fun, fellowship and growth in understanding of our Lord and Master, Jesus Christ.

What is it?

It is a child centered event where we invite all ages of the church to come together and develop a connected community in a way that pours in to the lives of the children. There will be both times of age appropriate activities where children will be with just each other and intergenerational activities where people of all ages will participate in growing our community.

When is it?

Friday, June 7 (5:00 PM- 7:00 PM) & Saturday, June 8 (10:00 AM-5:00 PM)

Who can attend?

Children and anyone!

While it is centered around building up children, it is intended for the whole Christian community to take part. That's where we get the name Family Faith Fest.

It's not about individual families, but the Church family!

Will meals be provided?

There will be dinner on Friday; lunch and snacks on Saturday.

How much does it cost?

It's free! However, if you want a T-Shirt please register by May 26th and we ask a small donation of $5 per shirt.
